ZEN·ZERO jewels are handmade in Italy. Creation times are specified in the product pages and are normally 4 days from the receipt of the order. Orders placed will be processed the next working day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, we will process it from the following Monday morning. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following working day.
The shipping times indicated start from the working day following the complete realization of your jewel.

We remind you that shipments to countries that are not part of the European Community are subject to DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) customs fees, import taxes and local taxes based on the laws in force in the country of residence. Taxes, duties and customs duties are not included in shipments.
We will use as shipping data those you indicated when ordering. Always carefully check the data entered when ordering.
Connect to the page Track an order and enter the order number and your email address: you can follow the status of your order. As soon as we will entrust your order to the courier you will receive at the email address indicated by you at the time of purchase, a communication containing all the delivery references: name of the courier, estimated delivery date, shipping number and "tracking number" to follow the status of delivery in real time directly on the website of the courier responsible for delivery.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon arrival of the goods we invite you, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, you are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In this case immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased products for change of size, model change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to make the return:
- Contact Customer Support at the email address email@example.com providing an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract specifying the order number, within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
- Wait for the reply email from ZEN·ZERO with the instructions containing the name of the courier and the Return Authorization Number that you will have to print and apply on the shipping package.
- Prepare the package for the return and communicate to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days, your availability to collect the package by the courier.
- ZEN·ZERO will send you, within 48 hours, the courier pick-up booking and the pdf of the returned return label to be printed and attached to the shipping package.
We remind you that:
- The products must be returned perfectly intact, in their institutional packaging including certificates of authenticity and all documentation inside.
- Returned products must be sent in one shipment.
- Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date you received the return acceptance email.
- Returned products must be shipped only from the country where you placed the order.
We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or anyhow not compliant with all the conditions. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
The return is free for all orders and shipments made in Italy in standard mode, using only the courier that will be indicated at the time of acceptance of the return.
For all other countries (including Italian zip codes difficult to reach by couriers) the costs are those indicated in the shipping tables (where available the standard mode will be adopted) and will be deducted from the total reimbursement. Any taxes, duties and customs duties for the return of goods in Italy are at your expense.
Times and methods of refund
As soon as we have received your return in our warehouses and verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and at the same time we will refund (net of discounts, promotional codes, shipping costs if due, any customs duties) with the same payment method with which you have made the purchase.
